Daily Inspiration: Meet Alexander Jebailey

Today we’d like to introduce you to Alexander Jebailey

Hi Alexander, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Growing up as a big gamer in a household with my older brothers playing, i became a natural competitor winning the first ever Blockbuster Video Game Challenge in the 90s. Ever since I just loved visiting arcades and playing fighting games. Throughout college I hosted small competitive events to gather other fans of fighting games. After college I focused on work life but in 2008 when Street Figther 4 released, my passion for gaming events came back and I hosted local events before creating an annual Orlando Convention CEO 2010. Now in 2025 running our biggest year to celebrate 15 years of CEO created a career working full time in the industry for EFG Product Managing Fighting Game Events. Through CEO it helped create a career path working with the biggest publisher such as Nintendo, Microsoft, The Pokemon International company, Sony, Capcom, Bandai Namco. I now focus my efforts working with EFG to help the Esports World Cup in Riyadh.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Some of the bigger struggles as an event organizer are issues out of control. The best you can do is be prepared for the unknowns. Choosing venues, Negotiating Contracts, dealing with extensive event costs such as internet and power can become costly for a growing event based around electronics and high power/broadcast requirements.

CEO has always been known for its strong foundation and a staff that always does its best to provide a. memorable experience for attendees traveling from all over the world to escape and enjoy their passion.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’ve worked directly in the games industry under community and PR Management that has helped me create a social media brand X.com/Jebailey and CEOGaming naturally.
